Hi there! I’m Heather, the owner and master stylist at Shear Organic Extensions & Color Studio. Hairdressing has been my passion since I was just 12 years old. I love helping people feel beautiful and confident. I started my training at Toni & Guy Academy, where I fully attended, completed, and earned my Cosmetology license. After that, I went straight into an apprenticeship and became a stylist at a high-end salon in Scottsdale. My love for health and wellness led me to work at an organic salon, where I decided to become a Certified Organic Master Stylist. I’m always eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in the hair industry. Come and experience beautiful and healthy hair at Shear Organic Extensions & Color Studio!
Moana Keith
Moana, our beauty queen, has been with Shear Organic since July 2024! She’s an expert in color, full makeup glam looks, and even formal updos. Her talent shines through in everything she does!
Cailyn McCraken
Cailyn, who has been with Shear Organic since March 2025, has been assisting the owner, Heather Dill, and learning all the intricacies of the business and hair! She is now ready to start taking on her own clients! She’s a joy to be around and loves to make people feel their best!
